To become a member of the Myositis Support Group please complete and submit the form below. Full membership is only available to UK residents and as a member you will receive all future mailings either by post and/or email. If you are overseas you are welcome to join our email mailing list free of charge.

The Myositis Support Group is a self-funded charity maintained by donations and fundraising. No income is received from the Government, pharmaceutical industries or the national lottery.

We understand that Myositis can be a severely disabling disease and financially stressful. For this reason membership is free to UK residents. Please visit our donations page if you wish to consider making a donation to the Myositis Support Group.
