The 4th Global Conference on Myositis (GCOM) has been postponed until 2022 due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
The event had been due to take place in March 2021, but will now take place from 16-19 March 2022 in Prague, Czech Republic.
GCOM is an important event Myositis UK attends in order to feedback to members on new developments and initiatives in the field of myositis research.
At the last GCOM in 2019, Myositis UK awarded three grants to young researchers (see our 2019 Autumn Newsletter)
We look forward to attending in 2022.
