Give through pay
Give regularly on a tax-free basis to help those affected by myositis.

About giving through your payroll
Giving through your pay is an easy way to give regularly and on a tax-free basis to Myositis UK. It is also known payroll giving, Give As You Earn and workplace giving.
These flexible schemes are set up through your employer and donations are deducted from your salary each month before tax.
This means for every £1 you give, it will only cost you 80p if you’re a standard rate tax payer. If you’re a higher rate tax payer, it will only cost you 60p.
In other words, you can make a monthly donation of £5 to Myositis UK which only costs you £3.90 if you’re a standard rate tax payer, or £3 if you’re a higher rate tax payer.
The Income Tax applicable to the donation is paid to Myositis UK instead of the Inland Revenue.

Getting started
Payroll giving schemes are set up through your employer so ask them if there is one available at your workplace.
If your employer doesn’t currently operate payroll giving, contact your payroll office and ask them to seek advice on setting this up through Give As You Earn.
